Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Leasing & Service (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Joins “Safe Songkran Road Safety” Campaign with Don’t Drive Drunk Foundation

On April 10, 2025, Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Leasing & Service (Thailand) Co., Ltd. participated in the “Safe Songkran Road Safety” campaign organized by the Don’t Drive Drunk Foundation at Krungthep Aphiwat Central Terminal (Bang Sue Grand Station).

The campaign aimed to raise awareness and promote cautious driving during the Songkran Festival, a period marked by a significant increase in travel as people return to their hometowns or go on holiday.

In support of the campaign, the company donated t-shirts printed with the message “Don’t Drink and Drive” and insulated tumblers featuring the message “Care Without Alcohol” to the Don’t Drive Drunk Foundation for use in awareness-raising activities. Additionally, a souvenir was presented to Mr. Surapong Piyachote, Deputy Minister of Transport, who presided over the opening ceremony of the event.
